Compact Pneumatic Wastewater Conveyance Systems
For connecting individual houses or small groups of houses to the public sewage system, OEKERMANN offers compact pneumatic wastewater pumping stations.
These systems can operate on a gravity sewer system or feed into a wastewater/pressure pipeline network in combination.
They have the same advantages as the large dual systems and multiple systems:
- Overcoming long distances
- Prevention of putrefaction
- Avoidance of hydrogen sulfide compounds = no corrosion and odors
- No sewer skin formation
- Operationally reliable and low-maintenance
The pressure pipes are laid at frost-free depth.
Depending on the intended use or local requirements, optimal systems are available for every application from a series up to approx. 2 l/s and up to 80 mWC. A common area of application for small pneumatic systems is, for example, highway rest areas.
These systems are particularly advantageous in interconnected networks. They operate against various pressures depending on the number of other stations running on the network.
The systems operate exclusively according to the inflow of wastewater to be disposed of from the property or group of houses.
The installation is normally underground in a shaft. The spatial separation of the working tank (shaft installation) and the other technology (compressor and control in a separate room) is possible.
OEKERMANN provides GRP cabinets for above-ground installation or an appropriate room is provided by the client.
Three different series are available:
a) Model series OKA
These systems are equipped with one tank (working tank) and one compressor.
The following models are available as standard:
- OKA 25/50
- OKA 25/100
- OKA 35/50
- OKA 35/100
- OKA 50/100
- OKA 70/100
The first number indicates the compressor power, the second the working tank volume.
b) Model series OKKA
In this series, the system performance is distributed across two compressors.
- OKKA 25/50
- OKKA 25/100
- OKKA 35/100
c) Single-tank dual systems
These systems also have only one tank, but they are equipped with two compressors.
