These days, one hears and reads a lot about short-term employment relationships, frequent job changes by employees, and much about the term ‘job’.
We view the activities of our employees in our company as more than ‘just’ a job. It is not just a one-time task or recurring work that is routinely performed, but an interesting and diverse professional field that brings new challenges every day. Therefore, we consider the term ‘profession’ more appropriate for the activities in our company. Most of our employees are mechatronics technicians or related professions that include locksmith and electrician/electronics knowledge.
So it has been and continues to be normal for us when employees stay with us for a long time – perhaps for decades. In 2014, we had the pleasure of bidding farewell to an employee retiring after over three decades of service with us. Currently, we have two employees who have been with us for over 35 and over 30 years respectively.
