Our service vehicles are an essential component of our company’s success.
In times of increasingly scarce personnel at wastewater treatment plants and municipal works departments, we, as designers, manufacturers, and installation operators of pneumatic wastewater pumping systems, are more than ever required to take care of operators and systems not only after delivery but also beyond the warranty period.
This is done either by offering maintenance contracts with fixed intervals (typically one or two visits per year) for decades, as well as increasingly through exceptional deployments, simply because the technical personnel on-site for routine maintenance work is often lacking nowadays, due to, for example, a shortage of young professionals.
We began expanding our service years ago by enlarging our vehicle fleet. Even the vehicle that was supposed to be on standby for emergency calls at the company is now regularly on the road almost every week.
Through collective trips from Monday to Thursday, we can serve our customers cost-effectively throughout Germany and neighboring countries.
